We have always been a family owned and operated business that focuses on customer trust and safety. Today, we have four locations in Aurora, CO, Thornton, CO, Centennial, CO, and Denver, CO where we provide automotive repairs, preventive maintenance, and tire sales. I just discovered this shop and was impressed with the service, cost and attention to detail. it's tucked into a space next to a brewery and pizza place. Operating Manager Kent was thorough, knowledgeable and spent time to discuss my issues. if you're looking for an honest appraisal of your issue this shop is it. while in the shop and waiting I watched how he interacted with the customers and focused on not only the problem with the vehicle but took the time to give an honest appraisal of how it would affect them. most shops give a wham bam give me the money mentality. This shop takes the time to tactically evaluate your end game and comes up with solutions without the doom and gloom if you don't acquiesce. I'll definitely being using them again. ~ Mike H
I had an outstanding experience at this auto shop with my 2016 Chrysler 300. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Jessy, the service advisor, was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to talk to. She clearly explained what needed to be done, gave me a fair and reasonable estimate, and kept me updated throughout the process. What really stood out was how fast and efficient the repair was. They got my car diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road quicker than I expected—without cutting any corners. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprise charges. This is officially my new car shop! And I’m getting my family to come thru too. They know what they’re doing and will treat your car like their own. They have taken time to educate me and talk thru all questions/research I have, patiently and enthusiastically. I appreciate that they take pictures and document everything. They provide honest expertise and I haven’t felt pressured to have a service done even when it was needed. This is a mom and pop shop, and has that true vibe too. I’m happy to come in and know that me and the ride will be taken care of. They provide shuttle service if needed. Also look into their rewards program, it has good perks!
