I just discovered this shop and was impressed with the service, cost and attention to detail. it's tucked into a space next to a brewery and pizza place. Operating Manager Kent was thorough, knowledgeable and spent time to discuss my issues. if you're looking for an honest appraisal of your issue this shop is it. while in the shop and waiting I watched how he interacted with the customers and focused on not only the problem with the vehicle but took the time to give an honest appraisal of how it would affect them. most shops give a wham bam give me the money mentality. This shop takes the time to tactically evaluate your end game and comes up with solutions without the doom and gloom if you don't acquiesce. I'll definitely being using them again.

I had an outstanding experience at this auto shop with my 2016 Chrysler 300. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Jessy, the service advisor, was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to talk to. She clearly explained what needed to be done, gave me a fair and reasonable estimate, and kept me updated throughout the process.
What really stood out was how fast and efficient the repair was. They got my car diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road quicker than I expected—without cutting any corners. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprise charges.
If you’re looking for a shop that’s honest, skilled, and customer-focused, ask for Jessy. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back if I ever need more work done!

I found the company based upon yelp reviews. I wanted a second opinion because the Auto Nation dealership told me that the “humming” noise was caused by “feathering” of my tires and alignment issues. Of course this was only because I opted for the “free” diagnostics so no further inspection was done. I didn’t trust what Auto Nation stated so that’s how I came to meet Darnell. Darnell is a funny dude who takes pride in making sure the customers needs are met. After the first day Darnell immediately could tell the original diagnosis from Auto Nation was wrong and he couldn’t understand how they came to the conclusion without looking underneath the car. My car needed new ball joints and a new windshield. I’m thrilled that my car is finally fixed and if I’m in need of future repairs I will be visiting Darnell and his A-team.

The professionalism afforded me by staff at CO Tire and Service was Outstanding! On a cold snowy day, they placed four new tires on my vehicle, answered my multitude of questions - inclusive of whether I needed an alignment, and offered me a refreshment during the quick service visit. I had received a number of quotes for new tires and the ones I purchased from CO Tire and Service, are an upgrade from what I planned to purchase - at a better rate than all others. While we have not had much snow since the day they replaced my worn tires, my new tires are handling the roads exceptionally well. For many years, this was my go-to auto repair shop. They always did great work, for a great price.
I'm not sure if they've gone through an ownership change???
They still provide quality service, but they now charge more than most of their competitors.
I understand that we have massive inflation. Good mechanics don't work cheap. I wouldn't expect them to.
But, this place has become the most expensive "small" shop I know of.
Ex: they quoted me $5000 to fix my heater; essentially the value of my car! I declined, and took my car to another mechanic. Months later, I received a $165 bill, just for the quote.
The other mechanic I took my car to, fixed my heater for $1000, and provided a free quote.
Colorado Tire and Service has talented mechanics. Just plan on being charged premium $$$, for everything.

This is officially my new car shop! And I’m getting my family to come thru too.
They know what they’re doing and will treat your car like their own. They have taken time to educate me and talk thru all questions/research I have, patiently and enthusiastically. I appreciate that they take pictures and document everything.
They provide honest expertise and I haven’t felt pressured to have a service done even when it was needed.
This is a mom and pop shop, and has that true vibe too. I’m happy to come in and know that me and the ride will be taken care of. They provide shuttle service if needed. Also look into their rewards program, it has good perks!
Shout out to Darnell, Jessie, and Jacob for taking care of me! What a solid team!

I have major trust issues with mechanics from past bad experiences and Colorado Tire & Service has definitely earned my trust. I always double check everything with my brother and friend (car guy and mechanic whom I DO trust but we don't live in the same state. I don't know much about cars so I always check with them). They checked the photos, pricing, and said everything looked fair and accurate. I was treated with kindness and respect, everyone there seems so cheerful, and my car is in great shape. Darnel was the one I spoke with the most and he was incredibly helpful. He made sure every question was answered, and I had a lot of them. Lol I'll definitely come back for any future car needs! I highly recommend these guys.

Very reliable service from the team here! I came in for a quote on some tires, and knew I needed an oil change and alignment done as well. Dropped it off, and Rob followed up with pictures and explained why an additional service was needed to get the alignment done. This isn’t my first experience with the team here, so I knew they were trustworthy from prior experiences with them. Went ahead and got them done, and picked up my car this morning and it feels better than when I bought it. Definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for an honest place to get service done on your car. If you have questions, they will take the time to thoroughly explain why something is needed (or not) so you don’t have to guess if you’re being screwed. Thank you Rob, and the rest of the team for being trustworthy, and reliable. Will definitely be back in the future.

I had a great experience with Colorado Tire and Service. They helped me out with many repairs to my car and treated me with kindness and professionalism from start to finish. They replaced my windshield, fixed my rearview mirror, and repaired my radio, etc. Everything came out perfect!!
What I appreciated most was their honesty and affordable pricing. They took the time to explain the repairs and didn’t make me feel pressured or overcharged. On our way out of town camping and our Nissan pathfinder over heated and lost power. We pulled into a big o tires to see if it was something that could be fixed and back on the road but they ended up keeping our car the weekend. They called saying it was a bad spark plug and coil pack. We don’t know much about cars but knew enough that that couldn’t be the reason for over heating. They convinced us that it could help the problem. After driving it home we knew the problem had not been fixed so took it to Darnell. He took it the next morning and diagnosed at no charge. Found out all Cadillac converters were clogged and car isn’t worth the repair. Even though it wasn’t the outcome we were looking for Darnell was amazing and didn’t even charge us to diagnose the problem. He even gave us options at the car lot to look for a new car. I have been bringing all my vehicle here for a year and a half now and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Darnell and Jessi they have been amazing with contact and letting me know what’s going on. The mechanics work is always on point my car is always clean when I get it back they go above and beyond and check everything and make sure your vehicle is safe! And if something does get messed up they have always made it right right away and that’s only happened one time! They are hands down the only shop I trust with all my vehicles from a diesel f350 to my wife’s Mazda to our mustang! Thank you Darnell!

Great service!! I needed chains before a long road trip through the mountains and I saw this place had good reviews so I thought I'd check it out. The chains were a little pricey but the service itself was *excellent*. The staff were friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. Darnell took extra time to walk me through how to put the chains on my tires (including tips for tighten them, etc.) since I'd never done it before and it gave me the confidence to do it myself on the road. They even refilled my tires before the trip, just to be safe! Truly great service and I'm definitely going back there for future needs.

I can't begin to express how fantastic my overall experience was at this location. I had the pleasure of working with Trinidad and Darnell. Both fantastic from the customer service to the actual labor itself. I rarely had to call them because they were always a step ahead of me calling to give me updates. I've been going to Darnell at CTS for years and he has taken care of every vehicle I've had over the last 5+ years. Shamefully, I will admit that I have gone to other shops out of convenience or time constraints, but ended up coming back to Darnell to fix the problem other shops either couldn't fix or they actually created! Thank you Colorado Tire and Service for squeezing in a last minute tire repair just before closing on a Friday night! I was traveling on I25 when I noticed my tire warning light had come on and the pressure was dropping. I quickly pulled off the highway and by some miracle pulled into your parking lot. The staff was super friendly and found a nail in my tire which they quickly removed and repaired. I would have been stranded far from home, but you got me back on the road very quickly. I couldn't be more appreciative! Thanks for being so kind and helping a traveler out!!!!!

Colorado Tire & Service is a business I will HIGHLY recommend to everyone! Their customer service is amazing, I felt very welcomed the entire time I was there. I took my Jeep in because I had smoke coming from the hood and turns out I had oil leaking. Not only did they tell me what was wrong with my vehicle, they also showed me photos with an explanation, and they answered any questions I had. Colorado tire and service is my go to for my entire family! I felt at the end of my rope for over a year when the delership gave my the run around with my vehicle and refused help correctly diagnose my check engine light. I handed over my van to Darnell and Andrew and without hesitation they quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue. Thank goodness for these guys! The team was great. My car is over 10 years old and needed a bit of work. Brakes, rotors, an axle, oil change etc. they were able to get my car finished in the time frame that I needed. They also helped with financing. The car is back to normal and I’m back on the road. Very grateful for their help and kindness while I was in the office. They also did wonderfully explaining everything sending pictures and describing what was wrong. 10 out of 10. I’ll even be going back for just routine maintenance now.

Had previous tire replacement here, and very pleased with the work they did. Hit a curb my new tires and wanted to make sure I hadn't damaged the tires, the alignment or the car. They were able to put it up on the left and let me know that things were looking good and there shouldn't be any problems. This greatly settled my concerns and I appreciate them being forthright.
Individuals at this location, including Darnell and Christopher were very helpful and I appreciate all the work that they did for me.

To the man working Christmas Eve morning: you have made my year! I had to jump start my boyfriends car and couldn’t get my cables to reach so out of desperation I called this place to see if I could borrow some longer jumper cables or something. He easily could have said “I’ll jump it for 20$” or however much, but no. This great man came over to the apartment place (I live right behind the shop) and jumped it for me! My vehicle experienced total engine failure, and when searching for a repair facility, they told me they weren't afraid of the work, and meant it. As frustrating as the entire process could have been, their professionalism shined. Doing everything required by the warranty, while constantly keeping me in the loop. They fought on my behalf and had my vehicle done days before I would have expected. It runs amazing!

I've been a CO Tire & Service customer for over a year now. I knew on my first visit that this shop personnel was top notch in customer service. Darnell Jackson always meets my vehicle needs without being pushy or laying a guilt trip on me when I refuse service. I've purchased tires for both my cars there with the assurance that if I was unsatisfied with anything that they would make it right.
